This template helps you organize photo albums with a structured yet flexible system, making it easy to store, find, and manage your collections.

Main Database: Library

The central database containing all your photo albums with essential properties:

• Album (Title)
• Folder (Select: FAMILY, EVENTS, ACTIVITIES, PLACES)
• Tags (Multi-select)
• Capture Date (When the photos were taken)
• Creation Date (When the album is created in Notion)

Main Database Views

1. Table View: Complete overview with all properties
2. Gallery View: Visual display of your albums
3. Board View: Organization by folders

Latest Albums

• Gallery view showing recently added albums
• Sorted by Creation Date
• Quick access to your newest content

Years

• Separate Gallery views for each year (2024, 2023, etc.)
